[cc65] Lynx target

Good morning!

While closely examining my source archive, I've found a few files that seem to
be related to the Lynx target, but are not part of the repository:

? cartwrite.s
? filedir.s
? filehelp.s
? fileload.s

It seems Shawn Jefferson (who send me the Lynx port based on Bastian Schicks
library sources) enclosed these files, but I cannot remember, why I didn't add
them to the repository. The exported functions are not listed in lynx.h. Maybe
some rework was necessary. But then there is

cartread.s

which is neither in lynx.h but which is part of the repository.

So, has anybody used the lynx target and can comment on these files? Please
help an old man to sort out his assets :-)
