I vouch that.

Also, I am in the position to suggest how to install cc65 to some new 
users and, to be honest, I feel quite uneasy to point them to an 
installer that requires Administrator privileges.

In the end, I have decided to suggest a quick and dirty way to install 
cc65 and I leave to the user how to move forward.
