RE: [cc65] Article on overlays

So overlays are just like writing cartridge banked code, but the "banked"
code is sitting in files not cartridge banks?

With a great deal of help from Oliver I have successfully completed my
"overlay framework."  I've taken the information I've gathered from this
experience and written a blog article about it.  Please read it and let me
know if anything is unclear, misleading, or left out.
