[cc65] Problem with different behaviour of conio implementations

Hi,

I just noticed that there are conio implementions that behave
differently when the right edge of the screen is reached:

- One moves the cursor to the left column and one line down (sort of
an implicit \r\n).
- One only moves the cursor to the left column (sort of an implicit \r).

Is the behaviour in that scenario defined/specified? Is an application
supposed to expect a certain behaviour in that scenario?

Obviously the "\r\n" behaviour seems more useful...
