Cool idea :-)

So if we put the recently created puzzle pieces together...

1. Omitting the system headers from the dependency file
2. Generating phony targets
3. Saving the dependency file with .d extension
4. Setting the target to the final .o file

...we're at a fully functional state-of--the-art autodependency
generation OOTB for cl65 :-)

P.S.: If there are no issues found I'll have the sample makefile in
the docs updated - it'll look much nicer...
