I'm trying hard to keep #ifdef's for cc65 in general or specific cc65
targets from the shared Contiki codebase. However in this case I
simply added some \n's for all targets causing some blank lines on all
non-CBM targets - but fortunately they don't hurt at all in this
scenario:
