Yes, I thought an hour about it and then decided that it is an elegant
solution that saves a separate platform dependent tgi_stddrv module. All you
have to do is to check the apple tgi_mode_table and move the default driver to
the first entry. The other platforms do only have one driver so this was
easy:-)

I've already thought about creating a few default mouse pointers and moving
them somewhere. The question is where? Probably not a topic for this release.
