I updated Template Creator for DOS.  I improved its error-handling and  redid 
its color scheme.  I am adding comments to the source code.   Whether I 
upload it or not depends on your input.  For those who don't  know,  Template 
Creator for DOS is a program that helps create and manage  template files under 
DOS.  Win32 users can also benefit by puttting  short-cuts to the program 
wherever templates are needed.  It is available  at simtel.net.  Just search for 
"Template Creator for DOS," and you'll find  it.  I would apppreciate any 
bfeedback.
