[cc65] minicast (avoiding bit rot part 2)

some of you might know the little raycaster i wrote using cc65:

i'd like to contribute this as a sample...i think it's a good example of using 
inline assembly, combining assembly and C, and some other trickery one should 
know when using C on "lesser" systems.

let me know what you think, and maybe what would need to be changed to make it 
useful.
