[cc65] CC65, lcc & 65816

I've managed to get the compiler working well enough to compile a version of 
my Frog Feast game for the SNES.

I've had to modify quite a bit of the code and some aspects of the compiler, 
most of the details can be found in my Frog Feast blog at:

I plan on releasing this compiler with an example program..
