Did he/she gave any reason for takeing out his/her name of the archive ?

Does this person want to have the mails completely removed or just his
name ?

Does he have problems with the public access to his posts ?

BTW: Does he know, that it is nearly impossible to remove his traces ?
I am pretty sure his posts can be found even though you remove them _now_.
(Google, wayback-machine etc.)

(Just curious, maybe I should ask google to remove some of my very early
posts
from the usenet-archive, they were very stupid student posts :-)

Maybe insert a filter in the script that prepares the web-archive:
if ( name == "get me out") name = "john doe"
:-)

Anyway, "ich möchte nicht in deiner Haut stecken" (German saying like: I
don't want
to your problems.).
