Yes, thanks. Is there any chance to get more infos? The installer should use the language dependent program directory. "Programme" is german, which is used as default if it is not possible to get this information from windows itself. This may mean that the windows version he's using is rather old (win95?) or otherwise unusual - or of course that there's a problem with the installer. All my tests have been done using Win2000 and XP, and I have reports that a similar installer works under NT. Older DOS based windows versions haven't been tested. Is it possible that you convince him to contact me by mail, so I can get the necessary details directly?
