[cc65] Possible install.vbs bug

<RobinH> "The package will be installed in c:Programme\cc65"
<RobinH> nice path :P
<RobinH> It made a path 32 folders deep, and then errors out
<RobinH> Programme\cc65\Programme\cc65\Programme\cc65\Programme\cc65\
         Programme\cc65\Programme\cc65\Programme\cc65\ etc.

Unfortunately he quit before I could ask for any more details, but I
figured you wanted to know anyway.
