I've spent at least half a day to find a solution for this problem, and no,
your expectations aren't met.

This is one of Bills dirty tricks. The page talks about Visual Basic, but I'm
using Visual Basic Script.

As with Windows itself, Microsoft markets several different languages under
the "Visual Basic" flag. There is the standalone edition of Visual Basic.
There are several types of "Visual Basic for Applications". The latter ones
are used in Excel and Access for example. And there's Visual Basic Script,
which is Microsofts lame answer to the scripting capabilities of the Unix
operating systems. Not even two of the mentioned Visual Basic implementations
are fully compatible, and to make things worse, VBS is the least powerful. On
the other side, VBS comes with all newer versions of Microsoft Windows, so
it's a natural choice for an "open" installer that tries not to dive too
deeply into the Windows world.

Look twice:-) I haven't changed the menu entry, but just converted the file to
DOS line ending conventions. So it's probably still notepad that is opened.
Anyway, it doesn't matter, the main issue is, that it works. Thanks for the
feedback!
