[cc65] ca65 bug

Hello,

sorry to tell, but there is again a bug in the new version. This sequence
doesn't assemble and ca65 outputs an error message:

beq :+
:
rts

The error message is:
ca65.exe: Check failed: ULabList != 0 && Index < ULabCount, file `ulabel.c',
line 195

There was a similar bug some time ago, but it only occured when using .proc
.endproc together with :+or :-.
But in this case there is no .proc.

This is really a bug of the current version.
