[cc65] Doc update request

In an email you sent on the 13th of November ("New assembler
features") you describe the new .segment syntax, using colon for the
address size specifier. Unfortunately this didn't end up in the 2.10
announcement or in the ca65 documentation. The ca65 error message also
doesn't give you any clues ("Unexpected trailing garbage characters").
You might want to do a quick update of the docs...
