[cc65] ar65 can't delete objects from a library under Win32?

He has Windows XP Home SP1 and both TMP and TEMP environment variables point
to a existing, writeable directory. He is not subscribed to that ml, I've only
forwarded this message so if there are any questions please contact with Francesco
directly.
