Hello everyone. I am new to cc65 and I have been going through the sample
programs. First I have to say a big _Thank_You_ for writing and maintaining
cc65. The cl65 program is a GREAT time saver and the FAQ has already saved
me asking several stupid questions.

Please don't beat me up for this... The hello.c sample program uses two
functions that I did not see in the function reference, cputc, and cprintf.
I know what they do, :) but are these documented somewhere?

Thanks,
/*Raj*/
