It seems to have all the sections that I would add some documentation
for.  I can write up some documentation for the Atari explaining the
default memory layout, "reserving" low memory, writing an application
that uses the memory bank window (until the extended memory driver for
the Atari is writen).  I imagine all that fits into the Memory Layout
section.

There is some information to be put into the Binary Format section
explaining how to do multiple load segments with the Atari platform,
and maybe even some information on compiling for cartridge.

Then of course, is all the Atari specific functions, but I may not be
able to write docs for all those.
