I had a look at it yesterday. However, it's a lot of stuff and it's quite
difficult to find a way through all the sources. How about splitting it up
into the separate libraries and/or programs? This would make it much more easy
to find the really interesting stuff.
When digging through the programs, I spent some time with the fire demo. With
a few minor changes to the code and a small change to the compiler I've
managed to almost double the frame rate. It's still pretty slow (~5 fps), but
it's definitely at its limits using the current compiler. Would you allow me
to add this to the cc65 samples?
Some of the programs would also fit into the proposed "contrib" directory -
but this would mean doing a little cleanup and separating the parts.
