Fortunately, I've aquired a bunch of used CMD equipment including Jiffy DOS a few years ago, so it does not hold for me:-) As said before: Everyone does now have a choice. If you prefer the CBM routines, go ahead and use them. At least I don't have to tell people to use the CBM file i/o functions, because C file i/o is available.
