[cc65] (stupid ?) newbie question

I've just tried to compile and link one of the cc65 examples (win32).

Using following : cl65 -t c64 samples/hello.c
Output:
"Error: Cannot open 'c64.o':No such file or directory"

C64.o exists in directory lib.

Path environment is ok. What's the problem ? :-|
