Great! How much would you suspect that manufacturing costs would be?

By doing the whole design on one custom PCB (i.e., not using the 
EmbeddedEthernet.com board), the price of the device could be cut. It would 
also look better than the current design, and would also fit inside a 
cartridge box such as the ones use for the TFCs and ARs.
