Hi Uz, I want to thank you for creating such a�magnificent�set of tools and maintaining it for years in an outstanding manner. My 6502 and C programming skills (the latter being almost non-existent before discovering cc65) have improved a lot just by *looking* at the cc65 and platform library sources. We can only hope for a replacement who's half as skilled, dedicated and kind as you've been. Just a quick question: As far as I can understand the original cc65�John R. Dunning�license (which may be still relevant for two files as you mentioned) keeps the compiler (and just the compiler, not the other tools) from being placed under zlib license as a whole. Is he still reachable? Maybe he'd reconsider after all this years. If not, which files are those and how much effort do you think would be needed to rewrite those parts for a clean room implementation?
