I asked myself more than once if putting so much effort into a 'dead'-platform is worth the hassle. It may help you, if you state that until further notice you are only willing to fix bugs, but work on extensions or improvements is on hold. This reduces pressure, while keeping you solidarity with the project? ATM I see nobody is willing to substitute you (even partially - the old time/knowledge problem...), so I think if you still could provide at least fixes, this is more we could expect in respect to the situation. Thank you again for your outstanding support and that you kept the project so long alive this way - esp. with the small user base in mind!
