RE: [cc65] Lynx include files

While I did do some of the initial work on the Lynx target, Karri has pretty
much taken over ages ago, and I would consider him to be the "maintainer" of
the Lynx target (and doing a much better job than I would have!)

However, I can throw something together (I have some old include files that
could form the basis of these) for these files and then post them here for
Karri to take a look at and hopefully include.  These files aren't required,
but just nice to have for those doing programs in C who want to hit the
hardware directly without having to define all the stuff themselves.
