My memory was wrong here. LISTEN, UNLISTEN, TALK and UNTALK actually
*are* present in the VIC20.

Unfortunately, CLOSE does not reset the status. It does not use $F30F to
search the LFN, but $F314, just after clearing $90. :( I was wrong here,
again.

Yes, it should be possible without much hazzle.
