Well, yes. But if cc65 want to be at least a bit standard compliant towards
eg POSIX then it's a question to do it at the "POSIX way" or having extra
things. I think C on CBM machines (and especially POSIX like calls) can be
problematic, and they should be solved another way, but still then it's
quite confusing to have POSIX-like stuffs for several other things. Hmm, I
am really not sure what would be the "good" solution and maybe it depends on
the user/target platform/etc too ..........
