The Lynx is a console and has only some special sort of disk i/o (it loads
from ROM instead). So you will have to link the TGI driver statically:

bordercolor() is conio, the call may be removed without bad consequences. Not
sure about tgi_mode_table. Maybe Karri can comment on that.
