What are the proper settings for 8k cartridges and 16k cartridges at $8000?

unfortunately not... these flags MUST be "correct" (as in: atleast make sense 
somehow) or certain implementations of crt loaders will not work with them (eg 
ccs64 tries to "guess" some things from these flags)
