Thanks for the suggestion:-)

cl65 does already have too many options, because it combines all the tools
under one hood. Instead of adding --local-strings (which may be added in the
future if there is demand), I've added -Wc and --cc-args respectively which
may be used to pass options to the compiler. This can then be used for all the
less used options instead of adding them to cl65 natively.
