It would be nice to have a little more documentation about the 
time-keeping functions the cc65 is supporting. I already found some 
stubs in funcref.sgml like _systime, asctime, clock, ctime, gmtime, 
localtime, mktime, strftime, time. But there is almost no descriptions 
about them.

Any volunteers to write this part of the docs?
