Actually they might not be irrelavant. If you're using a rather new snapshot, and the objects/libraries are older than the snapshot, please try to recompile them. If this doesn't help, please contact me again. In general: If you are using the snapshot and get strange errors from the linker, the format of the existing object files or libraries might not match what is expected.
