[cc65] ca65/cl65 hello example for Apple II

Hello.  I would like to use ca65/cl65 for small to large assembly
projects.  Mostly because I only like to use the vi editor and I am
too lazy to find another 6502 assembler for my Mac.

Can someone please provide an example config file for this activity
and perhaps a small hello.s that I can test to make sure I have my
setup correct?

Target platform is Apple I and II and generic 6502.

P.S. is there any documentation on how to create a "config" file and
what all the fields are?  Thanks.
