[cc65] C128: ass. config. initlib subroutine?

I am working on a C128 extension to handle more memory and the start-up code keeps brealing into the monitor.  The start-up code is a modified form of the default c128 crt0.s file to handle bank-switching.  I've been able to narrow it down to the JSR instruction to the initlib routine.  I checked the init. routines in my modified standard read and write routines, and they should work.  I attached the test code to this post.  Can anybody tell me where the bug might be, i.e. which library source file's init. routine may be called?  The initlib routine is called from Bank 0.  I'd appreciate any help.
