[cc65] TGI Mode Tables

Hi,

The Lynx and Atmos targets didn't have TGI mode tables. I presume this
was just an oversight so I added them. They are especially usefull as
they allow for:

  tgi_load_driver (tgi_stddrv);

P.S.: The sample program 'tgidemo' contains the statement above. Maybe
it would make sense to test TGI drivers against that program. Ideally
'tgidemo' should run on all TGI-enabled targets - even if that would
require some #ifdef's...
