I saw this e-mail and am curious about Eclipse: I wouldn't mind an easier way to handle code. What are Eclipse's features, and where can I get it? ------------------ Joseph Rose, a.k.a. This environment offers a powerful set of features that can help with development. Primarily a large proportion of my work is done in CA65 and although the editors I tend to use (TextPad, NotePad++) handle the syntax highlighting, a contained environment like this is nice. Its last release has seen an expansion of the different assemblers it supports and although I find the MADS handling close enough to the CA65 syntax, would a concerted effort from the CC65 community to add 1) initially CA65 support and then 2) have full ‘C’ projects from which the intermediate ‘.S’ file could be utilised benefit us? Longer term I’d possibly see integration between the emulators and their debuggers such that the WUSDN IDE could be used for debugging against sources… however as these already import the label files they can do a good job already (e.g. Altirra).
