[cc65] Mail server change

Good day!

Not only the year 2010 is old and will be replaced soon, but also the MU
Software mail server, which hosts the cc65 and cbm-hackers mailing lists.

I will try to make the transition as smooth as possible, but since I'm not
only changing the hardware of the mail server, but also the software *and* the
ISP, there might be some problems. So please bear with me.

The new server is already active. I will move the remaining domains in the
next few days including the mailing lists. Everybody with some sort of
whitelisting in the mail server might have to contact me again - or not. I'm
using the move to get rid of some very old configuration settings, which is
the reason why I'm not just copying the old cruft over.

With some luck you might not even notice the change, but in case you do, and
there are still problems after a week or so, please contact me directly.

Finally let me wish all of you a happy new year! Thanks for the helpful
discussions and all the cc65 contributions. I hope you have as much fun with
the old machines as I do.
