I see. That what I thought originally too - but I was lately confused
by c64-asm.cfg ...

Ah, I wasn't awre of that doc - sorry for my ignorance if you already
mentioned it (which btw. somehow reminds me on the Apple2 linker
config doc ;-)

I see. Basically '--start-addr <addr>' and '-u __EXEHDR__' are mutual exclusive.
