What are we speaking about? In OPEN LFN,PRI,SEC,...
we are speaking about the LFN. The CBM DOS does not even GET this
information.

You might confuse it with the secondary address (SEC in the example
above), where SEC==0 specifies LOAD, and SEC==1 specifies write.
