[cc65] Directory entry functions on the Atari

Hi,

I just ported the Contiki FTP client to the Atari. I noticed that
opendir(), readdir() and closedir() are not available on the Atari.

As the Contiki FTP client currently doesn't support uploading files
(and I don't see that feature being added anytime soon) those
functions are currently *NOT* really necessary. Rather for now the
local directory is just displayed - and on the Atari that screen area
simply stays empty.

However I wanted to state that there's at least one program that would
call those functions if they were available...
