[cc65] Kudos to Uz

Hi,

Some weeks ago we had quite some threads regarding Makefiles, auto
dependency handling, relative include paths etc. I'd like to thank Uz
for his efforts in that area!

Even if you're not really into those topics the result of the
improvements are easy to see be comparing what was necessary with
2.13...
