[cc65] Date and Time Macros

I hope all is well with you guys today.

I just got done reading the cc65 docs under the Predefined Macros section
and it appears that __DATE__, __TIME__, and __TIMESTAMP__ are not
implemented.  It would be a great help if these were available as it would
make it easier to know what version of a program you are running at runtime.
 Of course, if someone has a better way of handling that I'm all ears. :)
