What I meant was that having some wiki knowledge will make things easier, but it's not required. The *real* work is discussing and establishing a few basics, so someone with a specific topic can easily find the place where it belongs. Another approach would be to just open the wiki and let people start editing, but I think it will be easier (and attract more people) if some basic structure is in place.
