Very good, I will proceed on getting a package maintainer status with RPM Fusion. I'll let this list know how that progresses. If you do not want to provide RPM packages, that should not prevent them from getting created and pushed upstream to another repository. If you want to maintain an rpm SPEC file (for inclusion of new source and header files, etc.), that would be grand (for me). :) I have setup subversion to keep a source copy of your releases only (trunk and tags) from which to build the RPM source and binary packages. When those stars line up, I can move forward with 8-bit software package(s) based on the ca65/cc65 compilers. > Would you mind then if I attempted to get sponsorship at RPM Fusion? No problem, just go ahead. Is it correct to assume that it is no longer necessary for me to provide RPM packages in this case? > If that is amenable, would I be correct that this would go into their > non-free repository? Yes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list send mail to majordomo@musoftware.de with the string "unsubscribe cc65" in the body(!) of the mail.Received on Mon Apr 12 15:12:04 2010
