[cc65] TEST test -- And a minor bug

Hi all,

I've sent a couple other posts and never saw them or a reply come through.
I'm trying a new address to see if it works.  If anyone sees this, could you
reply just to let me know?  Thanks.

BUG:  I just installed cc65 and checked the option for a console shortcut to
be added to the start menu.  It was added, but did not work because the
entire command was enclosed in quotes ( "%COMSPEC% /k
c:\cc65\bin\cc65-env.cmd" ) instead of just the filename.  I changed it to
%COMSPEC% /k "c:\cc65\bin\cc65-env.cmd" and it worked fine.  Removing the
quotes completely also works fine (as long as your path doesn't include a
space).
