[cc65] Bug in C128 C-library

Hi,

In 80 column mode (and only there) a cputc(); to the bottom right
corner triggers a screen scroll.

This can easily be verified by i.e. adding a
videomode(VIDEOMODE_80COL); to the beginning of samples/hello.c.

Unfortunately it means that Contiki programs don't work in 80 column
mode as the Contiki GUI framework generally draws on the whole screen
:-(
