People are different. For some it is more important than for others. "Complain" is a heavy word, but yes people have been asking me to get added to the CREDITS file if I forgot to add them myself. And that is absolutely correct. This is what the CREDITS file was meant for and it is my fault not to keep the file current. ... the only thing is that I'm more and more unhappy with it. Not because it gives credit, but because it's often unfair (people listed may have contributed a very different amount of work), and it's time consuming for me to maintain.
