[cc65] Atari linker problem 2.13

Hi folks. I just updated to 2.13 and my compiles are getting :

Unresolved external `__STARTUP_LOAD__' referenced in:

  crt0.s(17)

Unresolved external `__ZPSAVE_LOAD__' referenced in:

  crt0.s(17)

ld65.exe: Error: 2 unresolved external(s) found - cannot create output
file

 

Was there a config file change or a crt0.s change I need to take into
account?
