[cc65] Zeropage Addressing?

Also, how to eliminate this warning:

Warning: Didn't use zeropage addressing for `dli'

 

This happens when assembling a file that has some zeropage variables defined
in it, at the bottom, after they are used so it sort of makes sense, but is
new behaviour with recent versions of cc65.
